Privacy Policy

PulseFlowAI ("we") provides a content planning and publishing service for companies and agencies at app.pulseflowai.com. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address and a hashed password for people who sign up.
- Content: posts, captions, images and schedules that you or your team create.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect Facebook or Instagram, we receive the IDs, names and profile pictures of the Pages and Instagram professional accounts you select, and access tokens that let us publish on your behalf.
- Technical logs: IP address and request logs kept for security and debugging.
How we use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data
We use Meta data only to show you the Pages and Instagram accounts you can connect and to publish the posts you approve, at the time you schedule them. We request these permissions: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish and business_management. We do not sell Meta data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties.
Storage and security
Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is stored on servers we operate. Only members of your workspace can see its content.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect a channel at any time from the Channels page, which deletes its tokens. Removing PulseFlowAI from your Facebook settings also removes them automatically. To delete your account and all content, follow the steps on our data deletion page.
